I know what you mean! I also have regrets about missing things as I was too late for them. It happens. Thankfully at least via DVD we can still watch the stuff, as opposite to stage work *still angry about myself for missing JB in La Cage*

Were you also able to see the special things, that came before the movie? The Strax introduction, where he told about the popcorn, and Matt and David and the 100th special in 12D? And the chin? I think there was a link on youtube once. Or was it included in the DVD?

The Adipose belongs to my brother, I once gave it to him as a gift ;) He is so cuddly. If you want to buy one, make sure to get the original, which you can recognize by the little tooth in the mouth. There are lots of fake ones out there actually.

The fun thing is, now reading it back - at the time I only had the Big Chief Eleventh Doctor, but now that I have the Tenth Doctor as well, he does indeed come with tiny 3D glasses! From that one episode, the blue and red kind. Too bad I didn't have them back then, that would have been hilarious.

Oh, what I didn't tell in this story - shortly before the end the screen suddenly went black. We still had sound but no picture. After they realized it, they stopped the broadcast, rewinded, and started again, so we saw the rest not exactly live. But in the time they tried to fix it, a lot of people in the audience got out their sonic screewdrivers, it was lovly to hear the noises! Also lots of people were dressed up in costume, lots of Tens and Elevens and also some Fourths could be seen. And girls in TARDIS dresses. This was the most fun for me. And I made some people turn their heads and grin when I placed my dolls in the seat ;)

In the beginning they only had reserved small rooms as they thought they would not sell many tickets, but they had to add more rooms and bigger rooms and a second screening later in the evening, I had no idea there were so many Who fans in Germany. In the end it was aired in 38 cinemas just in our country.

I love you inventing new dialogue ;) LOL

Meet you at the 100th anniversary then!
