They're not both Zsasz's, one is coming with Bullock. These backgrounds are an odd piece anyway, as the walls are so short. I wish they were at least as high as the figures. I have not done anything with them so far. I only once was able to use one of the wall plates on top of the ones that come with the balcony, as again these are too short when a figure is standing on the balcony, so I made it a bit higher.
You are right that buildings don't match, but they are not wide enough to be a whole building. So if the two were the same, at least I could pretend it is one wall, if I want to make a whole scene. But since I know have those nice Extreme Sets alley I can have enough walls and don't need to worry about them being too short. I don't like when you see the end as it destroys the illusion. So I try to cut my picture off at the edge.
This is the Extreme Sets alley that I have, isn't that awesome? There are many sets, one is a subway station, a subway waggon, a harbor with ship containers, and several technical stations and spaceship surroundings.
