Meme - Places I slept in 2013

As at every end of the year, let's see where I have slept:

Places I slept in 2012

Places I slept in 2011

Places I slept in 2013

The year started off with Glasgow, UK for the pantomime "Jack and the Beanstalk" with John Barrowman

In March I slept in Greenhithe and London, both UK, for the "Bone Quill" booksigning with John and Carole Barrowman and to give Carole the action figure I made of/for her

In May, I slept in Düsseldorf, Germany for Fedcon

In June I slept in Scharfenstein, Germany in a little bed-and-breakfast for my uncle's 60th birthday

In August I slept in a hotel for my grandmother's birthday.

In August, I also slept in Gronau, Germany while visiting my friend [livejournal.com profile] sarou_irai

In November I almost would have needed to sleep in Berlin, to see the 50th anniversary "Doctor Who" special, but as it was, we just went to Chemnitz and back in one day

And in December, I slept in London, UK again, this time to see David Tennant on stage in "Richard II"

The rest of the year, I slept in my own bed in Dresden, Germany.

Yeah, if you look at it from that side, sleeping at home certainly is nice also! And as much as I love to travel, I am also always happy to be at home again, in my own bed and with my family.

I can already see the new year shaping up to be one where I sleep in a lot of other beds LOL I'll make sure to tell about it all in here. It's nice to share with those that cannot come.

A late Happy new year!
