Recommendation: Stargate Theater with screws

Just a little something a friend of me found in the net a while ago. Not action figure theater, but screw theater, so to speak.

There are some Italian guys (I take it they're guys) who make whole stories with screws. And I love everything about it. I love the "Stargate" and the "sarcophagus" and the "replicator" and the golden screw that is Apophis, and the thick screw that is Hammond... go have a look for yourself!

These episodes are up so far:

Episode 1

Episode 2

Episode 3 - part 1

The story of "Rise of the Guardian"

Casting for the alien monster

Actors for Teal'c's role

Special episode

Enjoy!

Those are hysterical! Although I think Dr. Frasier should have been a really, really tiny screw.

I agree with you about the Fraiser screw. But I really, really love the replicator(s). How inventive!

Glad you too liked it!

Yes, I also love all the different sides of fandom, it certainly is a very creative hobby! Did you also notice how from story to story the "special effects" increased?

And I love the "behind the scenes", especially the actors that tried for the role of Teal'c ;)

The videos were hilarious - especially the commercials! Even though they are in Italian, I understand most of it. The special effects are amazing! they have won some awards at Kreecon and crossover cons for their videos. I look forward to future installments. And, yes, the behind the scenes stories were fun! Where did they get that "Jaffa" fruit sticker? It's the zany side of fandom that I enjoy the most!

Which reminds me... Isn't it time for more action figure theater?

Oh, I haven't watched the videos yet. I meant the "special effects" of the screw stories, you could see how they got better from episode 1 till episode 3. I also loved the metal city.

You don't know Jaffa fruit stickers? They are pretty common here! I'm not sure if they are still around since I don't collect them anymore, but I have a whole collection of different styles, and that is even from before I was a Stargate fan. I used to collect all kind of fruit stickers, and I put them in an album sorted after countries. The Jaffa stickers are from Israel.

Which reminds me... Isn't it time for more action figure theater?

You mean, from me? Yeah, I guess it is, but maybe I am lazy this week and post a fanfiction instead, have not decided yet. And I just saw that I got Pakistan as new flag to my flag counter. Amazing.
