Customizing: Bathroom tiles
I got a wonderful bathroom including shower from a
annejack and so yesterday started to lay tiles for it. As it is hard work I got help from Xander. I bought him ages ago, I knew he would come in handy one day!
The tiles are just cardboard and the red are magazine pages I kept ages ago as I liked the color.

Then someone on Twitter suggested that Chakotay also helps with the tiling. I think that is an excellent idea and Kathryn thinks so too ;) Here he is doing the ground tiles.

I found a method how to lay the tiles very quickly. I put up a ruler and so I could push them against it and would have a clean line.

And here is a post with the finished bathroom: https://dieastra.livejournal.com/354677.html

I had him first more upright on his knews, but that did look even more odd.
Well, I've tried (and I also am trying once again to clear my inbox. Wish me luck!)

That is an excellent idea with the drink! I'll put it on the list.
I still have another wall to do, so I can form a corner.

Good point. Perhaps the mirror's purpose is to show you how you look: look, you need a shower!

In the morning when I get out of bed, my eyes are still closed, I don't see how I look ;)
Today I made the picture with them having a well deserved drink! I was busy yesterday making the second wall. I'm glad it's finished now.
