I did these pictures after Tom says in "Parturition": "Play something different." It was only meant to be this one scene, but the boys took over, having some fun, and things escaled.
Only today I did watch the episode "The Thaw" where Tom actually says that he wanted to learn to play the drums! I totally had forgotten about this.

I have everything! And we do indeed see Harry play both the clarinet and the saxophone in the series.

So a long time ago I was in the shop where they also develop photographs and you can buy all sorts of photo frames. And I saw these frames made from acrylic glass. I thought, I need to get these, I'm sure I'll have a use for them! I always love the look of acrylic glass.

Thank you! The first scene, with Harry playing the clarinet and Tom visiting him in his room, is a real scene from Voyager. I recently listened to the podcast where they talked about it - Garrett Wang does not really play the clarinet, so in order to do this scene right, he practiced faking it, and he does it really well, hitting all the right keys at the right time! That's dedication.

So immediately when I saw that scene, I remembered that I have a tiny clarinet. But simply remaking the scene is boring. It needed a funny twist yet!
