Paul McGillion at Wormhole², Bad Salzdetfurth, 2006

Jumping ahead a bit here with my old convention pictures because of a theme alumfelga has going on at the moment ;) Because I have seen a man in a kilt in real life. This was the first one but I have seen two more since - one was that poor Scotsman standing in the heavy rain and storm in Edinburgh playing his bagpipes, and the other was in a hotel in Birmingham, some nicely dressed men celebrating an event. Oh, and of course the waiters in that Scottish Pub at Loch Lomond!

But this is Paul McGillion who played Doctor Carson Beckett in "Stargate: Atlantis". I skipped his first photosession he did in t-shirt and jeans like everybody else. But then for his panel he came dressed up in full outfit, and we all were begging the convention organizers to have an impromptu second photosession. Thankfully they listened!
