Since I will be almost 60 when the official celebration of the reunification will be back in Dresden in 16 years, I want to see and do as much as possible.
Even though the official holiday is on Monday it already started yesterday, it's going on for the whole weekend. I want to show some pictures of the fun I had. First I went to a fashion show with GDR fashion design and props, it was great fun. Then I visited the huts of all the other German countries, where you can eat and drink special things from there, saw the Bremen town musicants and a Wartburg model, and finally I watched the police orchestra playing Dixieland and a marching band.
