One of my favourite episodes as it was a crossover with "Sarah Jane Adventures" and "Torchwood" and had all of them working together in flying the TARDIS. There is no figure of Jackie so she is hidden behind the TARDIS pole ;)

I have seen a few new Dr Who - watched several of the Eccelstones, have seen Blink and ones with Madame Vastra, I even have a guilty pleasure in The Lazarus Experiment and went hunting the location for the cathedral they used in that in the summer.

The cathedral in Wells, if I am not mistaken? The fun thing is, that in 2006 I was in Wells (for the first ever convention with Richard Dean Anderson which also marked my first UK trip), apparently only three weeks after Who had filmed there. Of course at the time I had no idea of any of this or what Doctor Who even was. I love the city and we even went to the cinema to watch “Hot Fuzz” just because of Wells. Our convention was held inside the Bishop’s Palace, can you imagine? Best venue ever. In the ticket included was a bus trip to Glastonbury the other day, as the Arthur’s legend had featured in Stargate at the time.

Has your guilty pleasure anything to do with one certain Mark Gatiss? LOL

I forgot to ask – what about Torchwood? Since Jack’s origins are in Doctor Who and he returned a few times – I love also “Utopia”, the first part of a three-parter at the end of season 3, which is set between Torchwood seasons 1 and 2 and has John Simm as the Master and that famous shot of Jack clinging to the outside of the TARDIS riding through the vortex. Becoming a Torchwood fan actually brought me back to Doctor Who in a roundabout circle.

Well, whatever you decide to watch, I hope you'll like it!

Yup, I've watched quite a few Torchwood and had a laugh about where they have shot stuff (a weevil came running down the same alleyway in Bute Town that the assassin in Sherlock had to dash through to save them from the bus). I like the ladies in Torchwood too.

p.s. I agree with you about Steven Moffatt - great stories but but needing a controlling hand.
