Customizing - Salmon ladder for Oliver Queen as Arrow

I made a salmon ladder for my Oliver today! Click the LJ cut to see the step-by-step pictures.



I cut out the pieces from thick cardboard:



That's what they look like:



All the tools:



These red and blue pieces will make the "feet" of the salmon ladder. I got them from a children's magazine which I bought in the UK - they are meant to use for playing a game.




I glued the pieces to a wooden stick:



To make sure I hammered in a few nails:





I painted it to make it look rusty:



Then I weathered it:

That is impressive. I envy your craft skills. I have yet to try my hand at crafting my own playsets but if I ever do the first one I'd try to build would be the Arrow Cave.

Thank you! I know someone who built the Torchwood Hub, very detailed, but I don't think I could do this or the complete Arrow cave, simply because I don't have enough space to store it all. So I need little things that can be put away without taking up too much space.

You need to know what you want to achieve, and work from there by thinking how possibly do it.
