AFT Torchwood: Jack in Dresden

Jack was doing sightseeing in Dresden, minding his own business, when suddenly a rift opened and he got attacked by wolf creatures! Sadly he also lost his holster with the webley from his belt. No idea how that happened. I went back and tried to look for it but couldn't find it at the cobblestones. I have another holster with a weapon but it is no webley. I ordered a new one but usually they don't fit in other holsters.

This is part of the original dome of the Frauenkirche. While at other places, they used old and new stones, the dome was made completely of new stones, it wouldn't have been safe otherwise.

It looks like a rift can open anywhere. Citizens od Dresden were lucky to have Jack fighting the creature :)

The citizens seemed not very afraid though, you can see them in the background, standing around, taking pictures for crying out loud! LOL

So Jack lost his weapon because of this attack. Makes sense. I guess that also means he died - again. Ianto will not be happy.

If I am not careful, I'll write a whole fanfiction out of this premise ;)

What a cool and strange art installation!!! And so appropriate for Jack to come across :). You need to take him out more to unique places n things.

The reason behind the art is actually a political one. Some of the wolves can be seen doing the Nazi salute. It is meant as a comment of recent times in Germany.

I'll take Jack out more but I am a bit afraid of what he will lose next. His pants? LOL

Yeah, I HAD to take advantage of it!

Yeah, I am a bit sad about the holster and especially the original webley weapon in it, it was really lovely. I don't even have a good picture of it, only this: http://dieastra.livejournal.com/102163.html

Then again, I would have loved to do a picture with Jack holding the weapon towards the wolf that also has a weapon, but with the hands this figure has, nothing would ever hold in it. So he can only wear it at the belt, but never shoot.
