I built this Star Trek TOS biobed. I scanned, resized and printed the original red-brown-golden cloth from the Star Trek Continues sickbay pillow. The switch are two small beads. The rest is just cardboard and styrofoam. And spray paint, a lot of spray paint! Can’t wait to set up proper scenes. Please click the cut to see more pictures of how I built it!

Date: 2018-06-24 07:35 am (UTC)Obviously I haven't been posting much in the Star Trek community either (wish I had started with this years ago) but if you want to check out what I have done in the recent months (A LOT!) here is a neat list of all the Star Trek stories: https://dieastra.livejournal.com/141174.html
There are three in particular that involve the bed:
Kirk is done (https://dieastra.livejournal.com/273330.html)
Kirk in sickbay (https://dieastra.livejournal.com/272583.html)
Wolverine in the sickbay (https://dieastra.livejournal.com/271030.html)
Edit: Forgot one! Episode "The Naked Time" (https://dieastra.livejournal.com/269906.html)
When my friends were here we also put Bones in there but I have yet to sort through the pictures.
