More snow pics

I took some more snow pictures today!
This was the view that greeted me when I stood up in the morning. Apparently it had snowed through the night.

This is what it looks like when you actually can see something:









And then I did something useful with the snow on my balkony. It was supposed to become a camel, but because of its sturdy legs and short neck, I thought it rather looks like a turtle, so I quickly adapted and made it what it clearly wanted to be LOL

Date: 2013-02-28 05:01 am (UTC)1) Holy cow that is a lot of snow for Dresden. Admittedly, here in Minnesota, we have had several snows already this winter that have dropped at least 7 inches (approx. 18cm).
2) I LOVE your snow turtle. Very creative!
3) Turtles and tortoises are both reptiles. Turtles spend most of their life in the water and tortoises spend their life on land. They have adaptations for their respective lives. This is really the only difference that I know between the two.
