This video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pv4E0N-d_NU reminded me that I also once let the team dance. Jack was standing with his arm up and one friend commented that with "Night Fever". First we giggled, then we set up the following scene.

Zufällig stand Jack mit einem erhobenen Arm herum, was eine Freundin an "Night Fever" erinnerte. Nachdem wir ausgiebig gelacht hatten, stellten wir die folgende Szene zusammen.

Why, thank you! You're welcome. I always love getting feedback out of the blue, especially for older stories (feedback that isn't Russian Spam, I see you also had to deal with that).

This particular story wasn't my doing alone, sometimes I meet up with friends and we start to get silly ;)

May I ask how and where exactly you discovered me? I see you know bethinexile and antares04a , both are good friends of me, so you're in good company!

Since "Stargate" left our screens I am dabbling now in the "Doctor Who" and "Torchwood" fandom. Found lots of my old SG-friends over there. Not that I want to missionize you, but especially the latter remidnds me a lot of the SG-team, it's also a team in an underground base fighting aliens while the rest of the world shall not know about it, and it is set in nowadays Cardiff.

I got to this page in a roundabout way; I was looking through the archives of a friend who'd made some adorable Stargate action figure funtimes (http://gingasaur.livejournal.com/tag/action%20figure%20funtime) and saw that she'd referenced the action_tales comm, so of course I clicked thru & clicked the SG-1 tag there & found this entry. (I've commented before on one of your Jack/Daniel stories which had been crossposted to one of the Stargate comms.)

I'll probably make some sort of attempt at action figure crack mayhem with my 7" Vala & 12" Daniel one of these days. (I'd love to have even a used, unboxed 7" Daniel if anyone's selling one. Or even a head I can put on another body.)

Ah, gingasaur, yes, I always love her posts! It's so great to see how many people have fun with this, and she proves that you don't need much stuff for inventive stories. Might have even been me who invited her over to the action tales comm in the first place.

And yes, I remember now, the Daniel-Jack-vacation story. Please forgive me, with my recent fame I got so many great comments, that I lost track of all the names.

Thank you also for letting me know about the tweets, it's always interesting where my stories end up.

There's no 6" Daniel Jackson out there? I'm sure there is. What you mean surely is for a reasonable price, right? I was very lucky to get those when they first came out, for their original price of 17 Dollar or so. I even got the blue Daniel that came with the Atlantis figures for cheap from ebay.

I just did a quick search for you. There really doesn't seem to be much at ebay at the moment, but you really should not give up and have a look around very often. Just recently my friend got the whole green SG-team plus the Stargate and some more for a cheap price - cheaper than what I have paid for everything in single.

What about this desert camo Daniel - would you consider that still a reasonable price?

As for Jack, Sam, Teal'c and Cam... maybe you search for ebay posts where they are sold together. I think I saw a few yesterday. Surely will be cheaper than buying all in single. Especially Jack goes for quite high prices as well.
